Deal Castle

Deal Castle was built around 1540, not far from Dover, and has a long reputation for being haunted. Sightings of a white woman go back over 70 years, and a robed figure has been consistently reported. The basement areas and corridors give an uneasy feel, with many people describing being watched, or hearing footsteps that weren’t their own.
