The Old Village School of Ore

The Old Village School dates back to 1895 and served as a school until the late 1970s, when it became Ore’s community centre. It still has that old-school feel. Staff talk about a presence in the building, and we want to know whether you can still hear children’s laughter in the corridors, or the headmaster’s creaking leather shoes.
